Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cocnut flour
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- pinch cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg
combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, adding coconut flour last. cook pancakes in a cast iron pan with a little ghee. turn after 2 min or when bubbles appear cook another minute or so. keep pancakes warm in oven while cooking other batches. serve with melted butter, raw honey or additive free bacon! enjoy
